- Copie seu plugin e cole na seguinte pasta:
cstrike\addons\amxmodx\plugins

- Após copiar seu plugin, vá até a seguinte pasta:
cstrike\addons\amxmodx\configs

Na pasta "configs", abra o arquivo "plugins", presente no formato .ini

Dentro do arquivo, coloque uma linha com o nome do plugin instalado.

Por exemplo: fast_sniper.amxx

Basta salvar o arquivo e iniciar o servidor. O plugin estará lá funcionando.
